We strive to ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while discovering, assessing, and purchasing our digital products, SaaS subscriptions, and question bank access.

1. General Digital Goods Policy

As with any digital purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at PDWS Exam Portal. We operate a strict No Refund policy for all digital goods and subscription services. Once access to the platform has been granted, or a digital resource (such as a generated Paper PDF or Quiz Link) is consumed, the purchase cannot be undone.

2. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a recurring billing cycle (e.g., Professional Standard Monthly Plan), you may cancel your subscription at any time. However:

• Cancellation does not yield a refund for the current billing cycle.
• Your access to the platform will remain active until the end of your currently paid period.
• We do not prorate refunds for unused time within an active subscription period.

3. Student Wallet Top-ups

Tokens purchased by students for exam attempts are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Tokens hold no actual cash value and cannot be withdrawn as fiat currency under any circumstances.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We realize that extraordinary circumstances can occur. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate Billing: An error in our payment gateway resulting in a double charge.
• Non-delivery of Service: Prolonged downtime (exceeding 72 hours) directly caused by our servers causing total inability to access the platform.
